Event data (game scores, match results, standings, and participation records) is retained indefinitely as shared community data. When you delete your account, your personal identity is removed but anonymized event records are preserved to maintain the integrity of other participants' history and ratings. Rating data (ArpadZsum ratings, rating history, and game statistics) may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form after account deletion.
SMS consent records (including opt-in and opt-out events, timestamps, IP addresses, and the method of consent) are retained for a minimum of 10 years to comply with applicable state and federal regulations, including Virginia SB 1339 and FCC requirements.
Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve Service functionality.
