Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Picklemix account and the personal data associated with it, including any data we received when you signed in with a third-party provider such as Google or Facebook.

Delete your account yourself

The fastest way to delete your data is from within Picklemix:

• On the web (https://picklemix.app): Sign in, open your Profile settings, and use the Delete Account section. You confirm with your password and by typing DELETE; the deletion runs immediately.
• In the mobile app: Open the side navigation drawer and choose Delete account. After you confirm, we email a one-time confirmation link to your verified address — click it to complete the deletion.

If you can't sign in

If you signed up using Google or Facebook and can no longer access your account, email us at support@picklemix.app from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following personal data is permanently removed:

• Your name, email address, phone number, password, and profile photo.
• Social login identity — the provider user ID, access tokens, and profile data we received from Google or Facebook.
• Saved locations, account settings, and in-app notifications.
• Friend connections and friend groups.
• Your player profile is converted to an anonymous placeholder so it no longer identifies you.

What is retained

Some records are kept after deletion, in a form that no longer identifies you:

• Event and game data (scores, results, standings, and rating history) is retained and re-linked to an anonymous placeholder, so other participants' shared history and ratings stay intact.
• SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 10 years to comply with applicable regulations.
• Transaction and financial records may be retained as required for legal, accounting, and tax purposes.
