Your wallet is a balance on your account. You add funds by card, and pay from the balance wherever Picklemix shows Pay from Balance. Every payment and refund is a line in its history.
Adding funds
- Add funds on the Wallet page takes you to a card checkout for the amount you choose.
- The balance is credited when the card payment succeeds. Stripe's processing fee on the deposit comes off the balance, so what lands is the amount minus that fee.
What it pays for
- An event's entry fee, with Pay from Balance.
- A Ladder League's platform fee, $4.55 from the wallet against $5 by card.
- Court bookings and monthly dues at a Court Fun facility. A booking fee comes out of the wallet when you book.
What comes back to it
- An entry fee refunded by the organizer before the event is settled, in full.
- A court booking fee when the booking is cancelled.
Taking money out
- Withdraw sends the balance to your connected Stripe account. The minimum is $1.00, and you connect the account first.
