One Picklemix account works across desktop browsers, the installed PWA, and the native mobile app. Each connects to the same live schedule, roster, and ratings.

The website

Best for organizers setting up events and members managing their profiles at a desk. Runs in any browser with full access to event creation, accounting, and admin tools.

The mobile app

Built for courtside use on Android and iOS:

• QR scorecard scanning: Point the phone camera at a printed scorecard to open and score that exact game without searching the schedule.
• Offline score queue: If reception drops while entering a game result, the score waits in a local outbox on your phone and submits automatically once reconnected.
• Biometric wallet security: Optional fingerprint or face unlock to protect withdrawals and payments.
• Push notifications: Direct device alerts when schedules are published, games are called, or scores are confirmed.

The installed web app (PWA)

Install Picklemix directly from your mobile browser using Get Picklemix on your device on your Profile page. It gives you a home-screen icon and fullscreen view without downloading an app store package.

How offline support differs

• Website & PWA: The service worker keeps your last-loaded Pulse feed and schedule readable when disconnected, showing an offline notice until your connection returns.
• Mobile App: In addition to reading cached pages, the app queues courtside writes. Unsent scores stay safely on your phone until signal returns.

Which to use

• Use the Website on a computer to set up complex events, manage rosters, or review accounting reports.
• Use the Mobile App at the courts for scorekeeping, QR scanning, and reliable scoring in weak-signal areas.
• Use the PWA on a phone if you want fast home-screen access without installing native packages.
