Getting help

Where answers live: Ohana, the guides, and a person by email.

Aug 23, 2026 — Paul Stroud

Start with Ohana — the sparkle button at the bottom-right of every page. It reads your actual events, rosters and scores, so it answers about your Thursday night rather than a hypothetical one, and it can fix many things itself: enter scores, fill a roster, draw a schedule.

For how-things-work questions, Ohana answers from these guides and links the page, so you can always read the full version yourself.

When you want a person

Tell Ohana — "I want a human to look at this." It drafts your request in your own words, shows you exactly what will be sent, and sends it only when you approve. A person reads every request and replies by email.

You can also email us directly at support@picklemix.app.

The Support page in the menu gathers all of this in one place: the guides, the format explainers, the FAQ, and contact.
