Delete Account is on your profile page. It removes your personal information and keeps the games you played. It cannot be undone.
Confirming it
- With a password: confirm your password and type DELETE.
- Signed in with Google or an email code: Picklemix emails you a link to finish. The link works for 24 hours.
What is kept
- Your game history and results. Your player becomes a placeholder with your details removed, so past scores and standings still stand.
What goes
- Your name, email and other personal details, your photo, your saved locations and settings.
- Pending invitations, waitlist places, friends and groups.
- Future court bookings, which are cancelled.
- Your sign-ins on the web and in the app.
Events you organize
- An event where you are the only admin is archived.
- An event with another admin keeps running without you.
Your wallet
- A balance is not deleted with the account. Money in your wallet is paid out by support; money owed is written off.
Next step
