Two teams of four. Each team lists its players in order: M1, M2, F1, F2 — two men, then two women. The match is played as the games below.
| Game | Each team plays | If swapped |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Men's doubles | M1 + M2 | — |
| 2. Women's doubles | F1 + F2 | — |
| 3. Mixed 1 | M1 + F1 | M1 + F2 |
| 4. Mixed 2 | M2 + F2 | M2 + F1 |
| 5. Dreambreaker only if the match is tied 2-2 and the event has the dreambreaker enabled (on by default) | M1 + F1 | — |
Choosing your mixed pairing. Once the men's and women's games are scored, a coin flip decides which team picks first. That team chooses whether to keep the default lineup or swap it, then the other team chooses. The two mixed games are created only after both have chosen, and the choices are separate — one side can play swapped while the other does not.
