Round Robin - notification details

For round robins Picklemix sends participant users (not placeholders) notifications for invitations (when applicable), waitlist status (when applicable), schedule creation, event reminders (admin option) and final results.

User notification

Based on user preference settings and opt-in status:

• Text message — if they've added a phone number and turned texts on.

• Email — if the person has confirmed their email address.

• In-app notification — the status bell inside Picklemix web site.

• In-app notification — Pulse cards on the Pulse newsfeed.

• WhatsApp — coming soon!

• Apple/Android Phone App notification — App store apps coming soon!
